Can't connect to a uCoz website

When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
Specify its server number if you know it.
Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
Indicate your IP address
If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.

my site is on s32, in server thread it shows as okey but i cant access it and on http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/ shows that its down for everyone and this isnt the first time in weeks time when its like this sad

There are both technical problems and attacks on some servers, it will be resolved ASAP, and the status thread will be updated.

My site http://truesim.ucoz.com has been down for about 12 hours due to a DDoS attack. I was wondering when it will be back up and running?

Seems like a long time for a site to be down.

Daruff, our technical team is doing all possible to minimize the effect of the attack. Please be patient. We want the attack to stop as much as our users.

arnolds, at the moment your website is accessible though quite slow. The server where you website is hosted in under a DDoS attack ( http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/3-14706-1 ), therefore the periods of inaccessibility are still possible.

I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.

I understand that things happen but it's now been over 24 hours since our site has been functional and this a very crucial time for our members as we run a football league there. Without the site we are at a standstill and nothing can get done. Before this happened I was seriously looking to upgrade to a paid account so we can have a custom URL but after this incident I may have to look for more stable options.

Daruff, The uCoz team are doing all they can to solve this, but as the nature of the attacks, they won't be resolved until the people attacking stop doing this. It is a great inconvenience, we know, but there is not much to be done now. I'd ask you to try to be patient.

A tip for you though, if you need to update your members on things, having a twitter, facebook page, tumblr and all that, is great when you run a site, as it gives you a "backup". Somewhere to post news and updates and such.

Vallina, it's caused by other people, not uCoz. One of the attacks were even close to the world record of DDoS attacks, so that clearly shows how extreme these attacks can be, and uCoz is handling it pretty well if you consider that.
