Can't connect to a uCoz website

When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

Miguel, Paradox, is right. We used to have temporary server problems, but everything works fine now. So does your website.

Hello Im trying to log in my site www.chanfishy.com To Change Something but when i Put in my E-Mail And Password It Just Loads than It still sayes Loged in As A Guest can anyone Please Help me with this Issue?? sad

Ps: its not my computer i tired it on all 3 of my computer and On my friends)

chan, the problem wasn't confirmed. I was able to login to your website without any difficulties. By all appearances the problem is at your end. It is desirable to do the following actions step by step:
1. Disable your firewall, antivirus while running diagnostics;
2. Disable the traffic saving services (e.g., Traffic Compressor);
3. Disable the torrent client or any other services that can create a lot of connections, if any;
4. Try to use another browser or update the current one.
5. Make sure that cookies are accepted by the browser, clear the cookies history; check whether JavaScript is enabled in your browser; clear the cache (temporary files) of the browser

Wrath, we have experienced temporary difficulties with 49 server. (it can be seen from your tracing too) But everything works fine now. We appologize for the inconveniences.

it still doesnt work =\, although my connection is slow at the moment.

when my connection is slow, the site loads slower, but it always used to work =\

dinukap4, first you need to provide your website name for us to be able to check. Then you need to provide the error text you see, when loggin in.

yes. Your server is under maintenance now. It is a temporary inconvenience and we apologize for it on behalf of uCoz web-services administration. It is going to be resolved within a few hours.

Hey Forum, I don't know if this is the right place to post this but my website doesn't work! When I go to the website I get this message:

"This webpage is not available

Do you know how can I access my website? Please help me.
