Please check uCoz Server Status' in the following thread before posting: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/3-14706-1

When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

Gpro, Your domain has incorrect set of DNS servers. The following list of DNS servers must be applied: ns1.ucoz.net, ns2.ucoz.net
You may change them in the Control panel (or Personal account) of the domain name (where you have bought that domain).

Okay guys, looks like the problems are NOT the servers, my site has been report for "bad" stuff, this is what I got from .co.cc (they've blocked my website/domain):

"Sorry, you have reached a domain that is no longer accessible due to one or more of the following:
- A reported spammer site

- A reported Phishing Site: A site designed to trick the user into giving up user name and passwords.

- A site which contains malware

- A site that currently contains a lot of spam

- The user entered HTML syntax was inaccurate.

If you believe, you have received this message in error, please contact customer support click here."

Ehm, I never did all of those stuff yet I'm reported for them, shall I get that domain back again? (like, delete the domain, then get it again?)

Gpro, ok ... i think i know a way to fix this problem , register another domain name and login to your CONTROL PANEL and then go to DOMAIN ATTACHMENT and attach the new domain. tell me if it works... and maybe you can delete the domain and get it again

Hey, i just started using this service about a 4 days ago, and i went to go edit my website (www.nationalarmyftp.ucoz.com) yesterday and it didnt load the page. So i just tried to go directly to my website not using CP but it still didnt work. I thought "O i will just try tomarrow they are probably doing somthing to the server." So today i went to check and its still down, so any ideas?

Blazer, thanks for your help, but looks like .co.cc wants me to pay now, I just detached the .co.cc domain, now I'm sticking with the .ucoz.com domain until I have enough money to buy a proper domain, thanks all of you, the thread may be closed now.

loopy, we have checked your website and it works fine. There were no server problems at our end as well. If you still have some problems we recommend to do the tracing of the website and sent us the results. See the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1
