Here is short video about this new feature - Builder. Builder allows to easily add/edit blocks on your website and change their display order in visual mode.

By means of this feature you can quickly select content for your blocks - scripts, widgets, menus, video, audio, RSS, HTML code.
This feature is installed by default for all new websites. If your website was created before the global update you can enable Builder in Control Panel -> Common settings -> Use "Builder" for the website design customization.

Minor Builder Update

If the Builder option is missing on your Admin Bar, you need to go to the website Control Panel -> Users -> User groups -> Administrators -> Other, and enable the option "Edit site design".

After the update there will be two separate options in the user group permissions:

Edit site design: the option is disabled by default for all groups. Enabling of the option allows to access templates via the website, without the necessity to log in to the Control Panel. The templates are available by the address yoursite.ucoz.com/tmpls
Use Builder: the option is enabled by default for Administrators. Allows to use Builder and adds the Builder tab to the Admin Bar:

Note: if you disable the option "Use Builder" and enable "Edit site design", and then also disable the option "Use "Builder" for the website design customization" in Control Panel -> Settings -> Common settings, the Design tab will appear on your Admin Bar and you will be able to access all website templates or separate page templates via the Admin Bar:

I've been trying to find out how to add the site friends...i went into builder but all i could do was change the widgits or whatever there was on it...it used to be there with create a free site but today it disappeared...but i can't find anywhere...is there a way i can add these in my control pannel?

Justin_Kingr, enable Builder, go to the block you need or add a new one, click

Then click "HTML" and edit the block contents as you like. Do not forget to save changes.

When I was trying to add a new block I must have done something that "moved"my "home" to the left side as a column instead of stying at the center. How can I put the text back there?

Hi I have watched the video and its great.I have one problem.When I add a new block and try to drag to the left side of my home page.It wont allow mw to do this and stays stuck in the center of the screen

Update to this.I followed instructions aboev.It lets me create a block,but wwhen I save changes it disappears from the home page.

Hey, you know the My Site what if I want to completely remove it. I want no text there is it possible to do that?

th3eagleknight, yes, it is possible. Remove it from the template: Control Panel -> Customize Design -> Top part of the website -> Find the phrase and remove it.

hi......i have a problem with using Builder when add blocks on the right side of my website and when i use Bulider for the second time there is no block remain on the right side only... but blocks of the left side remain... i also use templates backup but when i restory it there is no block on the right side... please help me.
