When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

Hello,

My site ( http://theexodus.ucoz.com/ ) has been having multiple issues the last few days. Earlier this week pages would not load for me or the other users of my site. The operation would time out. That issue seemed to fix itself but now a different problem has sprung up...the pages load fine but when I try to log in I get the message "server error, please try again later." This issue has been happening for at least the last day or so. Unfortunately I do not know my server number, and I also cannot log in to my Control Panel (which I think is where I would figure out what the server number is). When I try to log into my control panel I get the error 500 page.

I am having the same issues in both of my browsers, and again other users of my site are also having this issue.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I just cant belive that again i cant conect to site, it past just 6 days from last downtime wich lasted almoust 3 days. s26.Edited works fine now angry

Ed05, check the uCoz Servers' Status smile Can you tell, on which server is your site hosted and can you provide your site's URL address?

My website (www.westor.ucoz.com) is currently unavailable because the s37 server is down due an ddos attack, how can i make my website be up again? i must wait until the server will be come up again or is there any other solution?
