When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.

For a week and more every afternoon or late at night i get error 500 on my site and it last for a few hours then it's fine until tomorrow afternoon. For some reason it affect publisher module more then any other, for example my index page, forum, blog work's fine but publisher get error 500.

As mentioned in server status theme i am providing next info:

I have notice it today in 6:15 PM (time zone is GMT+2).

Also site is not always off for a few hours but in intermittent system, like 10 min off - 5 min ok, then it goes off again then it come back etc. And it last for days but i have not have computer to report this until now. smile

and so error 500 in domain transfer , my web kenhtruyen.com can not load

Error 500 is still happening every day, i have 2 sites on server 48. It's become real problem for my team and my users since it last for a few weeks now every night. It is happening right now while i write this (5 PM, +2 GMT http://prntscr.com/52ax6d ). Can something be done regarding this mater? smile

Davor24, I'll again forward to tech and see what they say. I'm not well versed in provider server technology so I can't even hazard a guess as to the cause or an ETA. I'll let you know if I hear back.

Sunny, tnx for the answer, if tech support can't resolve this any time soon then please tell me is there any way to transfer my site to other server?

Please understand that this is becomes irritating, error 500 every single night for last 2 weeks and more (even at this point again error 500). Users begin to complain, become offensive, facebook and mail are full (and i mean full) of complaints. I have a lot of users around 80k per day so this is a huge problem for me.
